Wuzhen is a 1300-year-old water town on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, at the center of the golden triangle consisting of Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou. Wuzhen can be easily accessed through a number of expressways and national highways.  In 2001, Wuzhen was named as a candidate for UNESCO’s World Cultural Heritage List. At the end of 2006, it was included in the revised List of China’s Candidates for UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. In 2009, Wuzhen was named as the first PATA eco-tourism destination in Mainland China. The ancient Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal flows through the town, which is divided by waterways into four areas, Dongzha, Xizha, Nanzha, and Beizha. Since its foundation in 872 A.D., Wuzhen has never changed its name, location, waterways, or way of life. Traditional buildings remain intact today even after hundreds years of weathering. one of the six famous ancient water towns south of the Yangtze River. It’s within the triangle formed by three top tourist cities: Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Suzhou. It has charmingly restored architecture and canals.

Heidi Dugan is best known in China for hosting the popular television program “You are the Chef”, which has been running for 16 years and can be seen daily on several continents by satellite. This culinary entertainment has endeared her to audiences across china and made her one of the most recognizable personalities on CCTV 9 and ICS. In 2003 Heidi was awarded with “Best Foreign TV Host” and “You Are the Chef” was awarded two years in a row “Best Foreign Language Program”. She has been interviewed by magazines such as Harpers Bazaar, Shanghai TV weekly, Shanghai Daily, China Peoples Evening Newspaper and being guest to numerous tv shows such as Culture Matters, Brain Storm and Talk Talk. Allan Wu is a TV host, actor and fitness model well known in Singapore and across East Asia. He is best recognized as the host of The Amazing Race Asia and The Amazing Race China Rush. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, as a Pre-Med and came to Asia to model for the prestigious Ford Model Agency in Los Angeles, California. He later became an MTV (Music Television) VJ in Taiwan with stints on MTV Taiwan Party Zone, International Top 20 and Most Wanted. Allan subsequently moved to Hong Kong to focus on acting and was featured in numerous television commercials regionally along the way. He moved to Singapore seven years ago and is a well-known host and presenter, as well as an actor who has starred in an extensive list of productions both in English and Mandarin, and appeared on the NBC show the Fear Factor in the United States.


Scott is the Co-founder and Chairman of the Invest USA Committee and Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai. He previously worked for Nokia, DHL Express China, FedEx Express. He is a graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management.  Scott is a strong office leader adept at raising the bar, managing effective collaborative relationships, and leading teams to common goals. He has fortune 100 supply chain organizational leadership experience during which time he lowered costs while significantly decreasing customer complaints with maverick innovation.


Jen has been an actress in the highly popular drama series, “Isibaya” and ” Jacob’s Cross”. She has also represented South Africa at the Cannes Film Festival, the Academy Awards, the MTV Europe Music Awards, The BET Awards, as well as New York, London, and Milan Fashion Week. Jen has interviewed numerous international personalities such as Oprah Winfrey, Samuel L. Jackson, Paris Hilton, Mariah Carey, Bill Clinton, Morgan Freeman, Donald Trump, Ariana Grande, Naomie Harris, and more. Jen was born in the US, is of Shanghainese origin, and has lived in the US, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, and South Africa, before moving to Shanghai at the beginning of this year.


Phillip is an internationally acclaimed songwriter, musician, designer, fine art photographer and creator of Jarrell guitars. In addition to his long list of credits he co-wrote the song “Torn Between Two Lovers” which reached the top of the charts in both the US and the UK in the 1970s.
